Best thing is pension, employer paid healthcare, and 20+ holidays a year. Worst is since it's government there are no year end bonuses.
GREAT RETIREMENT PLAN AND HEALTH INSURANCE. Paid vacation and health incentives. Hours are great. people work great together.
Time off includes state holidays
TDi offers a decent health package, should add visual
No matching on 401k is the worst thing about the benefits package since it is a state agency but there are 401K plans offered.
Great health insurance package and retirement/pension program. In addition to all of the major nationally observed holidays, TDI employees get a handful of state holidays (i.e. Texas Independence Day) off, or can choose to work on those days and earn comp. time to take in the future. Flexible scheduling is also very much within the realm of possibility. Telecommuting is as well, but on a more limited, case-by-case basis.
A lot of paid time off (for sick and vacation). Employee medical paid at 100%. State holidays!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
