Healthcare package is great for employee + children and begins the 1st day of the following month you are hired; vacation accrues every pay period vs waiting until 1yr anniversary; education reimbursement;
They offer Health insurance, 401k, paid time off, vacation and maternity time off plus all the federal holidays off. Opportunity to move up and discount passes to amusement parks
Low rates and flexible spending are the pros to TDECU benefits. I have no cons.
Didn't have any for part time but still got 32 hours
Good benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, wellness leave and vacation time. Required to perform wellness checks in order to get discounted premiums on insurance.
Great health insurance, credit union pays for most of the cost for personal and children.
the worst, they don't offer benefits for part time employees
Only benefits for full time employees, but once full time they give PTO, paid maternity leave, vacation time, 401k match, the heath care is pricey. I got told once full time my health care with one dependent would be a little over $300. That is a ton of money for someone living off less than $10 a hour.
Not enough in package no investment advice
Match your 401(k), affordable insurance
