Texas Health is a great company to work for. The only down side is that it’s a little more difficult to transfer within the company than I thought. Was really hoping that room for growth was a little easier than other companies.

Great healthcare plan with numerous choices. Tuition reimbursement for those who are studying in healthcare field. Very nurse friendly.

Best thing about benefits is that you accured PTO time every week as lond as you showed up. The thing that I didnt like was if you worked overtime they didn't give it to you if you didnt have your full 80 hours every two weeks.

There are a lot of incentives to live a healthier lifestyle. You can choose to participate in a health evalutation to save on the monthly insurance premium.

401K, Benefits are still very good medically. The time off is a good plan.

The dental benefits were far better then what we are able to get at a much larger company (that actually sells insurance).

Best thing about work for THR is the benefits & the additional perks that come with it.
