Great PTO reimbursement and 401K. Will reimburse up to 6% of salary for 401K. Tuition reimbursement available. Employees can accumulate up to 300 hours of PTO.

The best thing is that their is a great and competitive benefits package. The worst thing is that you have to pay a co-pay.

Texas Health Resources had a great and affordable health care plan, They also offered a great 401 K option with Fidelity Finance. The premiums were affordable and the insurance covered alot of procedures.

The medical insurance and dental insurance price are reasonable if it is just for yourself.

The actual insurance was great, the bonuses have been slowly taken away. Also PTO is slipping away year by year to where you don't really get much or be able to spend it the way you want/need to.

Cheap Health Insurance option, and if in the right department, plenty of flexibility for work life balance. If full time: Dont accumulate PTO for 30 days when you start. After that it's 6.76 hours for the first year,. 7.38 hours per paycheck for the 2nd year and then up to 8 hours per paycheck once you hit Year 3. Holidays, Sick time and Vacation Time all come from same bucket.
