Cheap Health Insurance option, and if in the right department, plenty of flexibility for work life balance. If full time: Dont accumulate PTO for 30 days when you start. After that it's 6.76 hours for the first year,. 7.38 hours per paycheck for the 2nd year and then up to 8 hours per paycheck once you hit Year 3. Holidays, Sick time and Vacation Time all come from same bucket.

401k match is the best and medical premiums are very reasonable. There are numerous other benefit options to chose from.

Texas Health is a great company to work for. The only down side is that it’s a little more difficult to transfer within the company than I thought. Was really hoping that room for growth was a little easier than other companies.
