They offer the most incredible benefits I've ever had with a company. Awesome healthcare coverage and plenty of paid time off to help cover vacation or sick days.
The401K plan is really good, they do reimburse you for that, match for match, also have excellent benefits as long as you stay with in the Texas Health Resources system and not anywhere else. Great benefits as far as medical equipment, ete, ete. its very reasonable and worth it
The PTO policy is a bit stingy - they really need to break it up into personal days / sick days and vacation days so the people who do not take vacation don't accrue so much and ruin the PTO program for the rest of us. Also, they should cash in your PTO at 100% value, not 80% - that's criminal!
Earn 6.65hrs every 2wks for PTO. Rx plan for brand name drugs sucks, but for generics is awesome.
After 10 years, they match 125% into your 401k
The benefits are probably the best thing about this employment, many different options depending on your status. 401k is dollar for dollar. Dental is good too, and medication plan can be chosen depending on value of monthly expenditure. Maternal leave is paid 12 weeks. Education is encouraged and tuition reimbursement up to $5000/ year. Certification fees are reimbursed upon passing.
Fairly comprehensive benefits package. 401k matching, dental, vision, health, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, life insurance. Health insurance cost is determined based on pay bracket.
Great benefits and retirement plan.
Benefits are decreasing while premiums are rising. It may be time to self-ensure and obtain top-level benefits for your employees.
Benefits offer minimal coverage and a significantly large deductible when compared to the wages they pay their employees that work in the clinics.
