    You annual and sick leaves on a monthly basis depending on your time with State Agencies. The time transfers with you if you change jobs. You can also earn up to 32 hours a year in Admin Leave but this is up to the discretion of your manager or supervisor

Having health care that is free for just the employee. Accruing days off each month that carry over every year without losing them and having 11 days off for holidays also.

The amount required or mandatory to contribute to ERS retirement... and employer doesn't match. No tuition reimbursement . No free dental or vision if your single.
