The number of holidays off is wonderful.

Having health care that is free for just the employee. Accruing days off each month that carry over every year without losing them and having 11 days off for holidays also.
The amount required or mandatory to contribute to ERS retirement... and employer doesn't match. No tuition reimbursement . No free dental or vision if your single.
