Depends on what type pf mood the managers are in. You have to work when you are sick if you do not have a doctors note. I was always getting sick working there because of this.

You give them your scheduke and they are pretty good at maneuvering around planned events as long as you tell them ahead of time

Hours are flexible at most locations as long as they have enough staff. Switching shifts is usually done often
