Completely understanding of time changes for other jobs and/or school.
Always work with you on scheduling, easy to have a shift covered
You give them your scheduke and they are pretty good at maneuvering around planned events as long as you tell them ahead of time
You could easily trade shifts
You can work as many hours as you want, however they don't like you going over 40.
As long as you get a cover for your shift you're usually good and they're understanding
mostly flexible hours, almost impossible to be fired for being late or not showing up.
Hours are flexible at most locations as long as they have enough staff. Switching shifts is usually done often
You can modify your schedule change if you get a second job or something.
Because they used hotschedules, you could pretty much make your entire schedule. you could request to work or request off, you could give shifts away, or pick them up
