I dont know much about these packages because I did not use them during my employment. I do know that after a certain amount of full time service the offered paid vacation and other discounts for being an employee
There are not a lot of benefits as a server for any restaurant really. This restaurant also does tip sharing for pay, so you have to contribute to others based on what you make
