There are benefits but there are not the best. The best benefit is that you can make really good money in a short amount of time if needed.

Being a server, you don't get many benefits. The longer you stay and work at that specific restaurant, the more benefits you get throughout the years.

It's a great place to work. The hours are off meaning work/Life balance is hard.

The benefits were good for a serving job. Though most people there tend to be younger and are still on parents polices.

The best thing is that they offer a program but you must meet the requirements first which hardly anyone that workers there does besides management. And the worst thing is that it is vey expensive and horrible coverage if you do qualify.

Best discount was the discount on the food and the free meals for daily contests. On Thanksgiving and Christmas, Tony Bloomfield made sure to provide all of the employees with a holiday turkey for our families. For the employees who had worked there for 2+ years, Tony Bloomfield gave a Christmas bonus.

You have to work a certain length of time and work a certain amount of hours to accrue the opportunity to get a benefits package. You did get employee discount to the restaurant

Health Insurance is really expensive. $180 a month for 1 person for best plan. Paid vacation hours are great but hard to accrue. Have to work 30 hours to get 1 hour or something along those lines.
