Very affordable for employee only coverage, adding dependents or spouse made it very expensive. The pension like retirement plan is nice if you are looking at staying long term.
They do not match 401K, but if you are there for 5 years you will get a pension. The healthcare is not great- most doctors don't even know what the company is and the deductible is very high.
part timers now receive health vision dental benefits for free
Every national holiday off, amazing health insurance, vacation and sick day accruals.
Great benefits. Need to offer working from home.
401K is available, no company match though. Insurance is free to employee but additional costs for additional members. Insurance was through MultiPlan for health & dental, and Envision Rx for vision. Due to these insurance companies being less known, there is more expense out of pocket for even general doctors appointments. Time off available is great when you can actually get it scheduled through your department. Management usually makes it seem impossible for them to be able to schedule your days/vacation off, since company is always short staffed (due to training process being so lengthy) and random projects company has throughout the year.
The benefits package is great. Where can you get 100% paid medical? It's awesome. They offer a lot of benefits for being an employee, as well as discounts and low loan rates. Great place to work and great benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
