Great 401K match. Will match 50% of your 401K contribution up to 10% of your paycheck. So if you contribute 10% of your paycheck to your 401K, they will add an addition 5% for you.
Health insurance is not the greatest, it's ok if you're a young, healthy person. But if you have many medical needs, it can get expensive.
The health insurance is a complete joke! You will be the one at the pharmacy saying you have to pass on your meds even though you make a 6 figure income
Matching half up to 5 percent. If living in Wichita great gym benefits. Company is not bad to work for
Because of the large size of the company, they're able to afford some of the best benefits in the industry.
Benefits are very good do to the support of a Fortune 500 parent company but don't expect a lot of flexibility.
Good overall benefits that have declined a little in the past few years. The pension plan was stopped a few years ago, but that has been balanced somewhat by an increase in the company match 401k contribution. Health insurance premiums have increased but are still better/more affordable than many employers.
Benefits are pretty middle-of-the-road for a large corporation. There are many options for healthcare, but even the best coverage offered is far from the best available. Vacation and paid time off are good. Tuition assistance and 401k match are great.
I do not currently take advantage of their benefits as I am insured thru another company.
Vacation starts @ 8 hr/mo, then 10 when time > 1 year. However, medical insurance is horrible.
