Since 2016, Textron only offers a high deductible ($3K for employee only) health plan to new employees. Employee only premium is about $20/pay period. Textron contributes $500 to your HSA each year if you are employed on January 1st. You can also make pre-tax payroll contributions to HSA. Healthcare is with UnitedHealthcare and HSA is required to be set up with Optum Bank. Prescription benefits are through CVS Pharmacy program (includes other retail locations besides CVS and a prescription mail service). Vision insurance through EyeMed is also offered for about $2/paycheck (employee only) MetLife dental insurance is offered for about $5/paycheck (employee only). Covers two cleanings and exams each calendar year, just be mindful of the X-Ray coverage as there are some time scales.

There is lot of coverage
Very high costs for insurance. Only real benefit was setting up a decent HSA account that helped my daughter and grand daughter during difficult period. Otherwise the out of pocket maximum is very, very high!
Offers United Healthcare options with many in-network doctors in town and offers health incentives with HSA accounts.
copay is a lot less than other employers
The deductible is a bit high for the insurance plans, but good coverage through United Healthcare and there are both FSA and HSA options to choose from.
