Miserable raises that don't meet inflation for senior staff. They think lump sums are equivalent to raises... or at least think they can convince us of it.

The best aspect of the benefits package is unlimited sick time. If you opt for short term disability, you can use it for 4 weeks of maternity leave. The retirement investment options are excellent.
