No 401k match!!! While they offer an opportunity to sign up for a 401k plan, any consumer can do this on their own straight through Fidelity.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Student Accountant in Seattle, Washington State

401k plan is fine. There was no employer match when I left. It was put on hold for a few years. Just a promise to reinstate it in the future.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Adjunct Faculty in Troy, Michigan

The worst thing about this plan is that they discontinued the employer matching contribution. This makes it an unattractive benefit.

Nothing like what our parents got in their day. Sad these days.

  • Jul 28, 2015

  • Jul 27, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former High School Representative in San Francisco, California

Started off being matching at 6%, but then they went down to 2% matching.

  • Jul 13, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Academics in Portland, Oregon

It was pretty average, full match for the first 3% and so% match or the next. The plan is with Fidelity and there were some pretty good options for investing.

Plan is decent, but no employer matching
