A little difficult to adjust or get full benefits at first but once you work there for over a year you should be fine with the above average benefits
401k company match is 6% that is a good benefit. The vision and dental is typical, medical two options Low in network only or High in network and out of network included. Rate increases every year on medical. Medical covers routine visits, outside of routine be prepared for your out of pocket to be out of your budget. You will need to set up a payment plan for things like outpatient surgery. It is the low end of Cigna option for medical coverage, stated to me by Cigna. Full time is 30 hours a week to 40 hours for SM. 2 weeks vacation, 40 hours roll over Jan 1 and has to be used by March 31. 3 weeks starting at 3 years and then 7 years for the next vacation increase. Cali will not ever lose their vacation time per their laws, so no worry for Cali having their unused vacation being snatched away. 48 hours of sick time after 90 days.
awesome place to work. yay!!!
Not great benefits. Tough to get on board. Lots of paper work. Perhaps there are better benefits for others
100% 401K match up to 6% of pay, Company pays 70 to 80% of single medical plan.
Benefits package is not bad, you get paid time off for full time and you can get 401k and life insurance.
The paid vacation and sick time is nice, medical insurance is expensive, but that it is offered is great. Two paid holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas, wish there were more.
About $40 per pay check for employee coverage, very good benefits. Partner benefits are a bit expensive.
Great Perks, 401 K, etc
one of the good to work and learn .Here we can grow fast and learn so many things quickly
