Outstanding benefits - healthcare is great, vacation accrual ramps up quickly. Plus there are sick days as well, rather than traditional PTO. Retirement plan is outstanding.
Employer contributions to 401k plans, good healthcare options, and vacation.
This review pertains specifically to staff on an expatriate package at The Asia Foundation. I have been working as an expat with the organization for nearly ten years. Their benefits are generous and family-friendly. In addition to housing and utilities, the organization also provides home leave for expatriate staff every two years, including round-trip airfare for all dependent family members. Health insurance contribution is expensive and inflexible, considering the wide range of countries represented, so some flexibility and choice for people stationed abroad might be helpful.
Overall good benefits, including company contributions to 401K, healthcare, and time off. Healthcare package isn't as good as it was but it's still competitive.
Outstanding benefits; great healthcare coverage. Good vacation time. Traditional sick time and vacation time system rather than all-in-one PTO plan.
Generous PTO, PAID PARENTAL LEAVE, Generous retirement contribution, Pays most of health insurance, have dental, vision, flexible working hours, WFH, and field level allowances are comprehensive.
