I was part-time so I was not eligible for any benefits
PTO upfront is a perk however no sick leave and can only take over 5 days of PTO the following year. Health insurance can be difficult with finding a provider in network.
the benefits are pretty average - high monthly costs for health insurance is one negative.
Great benefits but insurance cost is high.
Vacation time was paid, holidays as well. But you still worked on those days because you could not avoid the emergencies and clients did not use the on-call service. Health benefits were expensive.
The benefits are okay. I appreciate that I have benefits, but the dental benefits could be better. I would like to see better dental coverage.
The best benefit was the 401, the other benefits are unreasonably priced.
The worst part of the benefits is that one would have your use vacation or sick time for maternity leave.
The health insurance is horrible. In order to have a paycheck left you have to choose a very high deductible and have co-pays. You really don't want to have to go to the Dr. because you end up paying for the whole visit. The only thing its good for is your medication.
Insurance is expensive and not great coverage.
