I was part-time so I was not eligible for any benefits

  • Mar 19, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Columbus, Ohio

the benefits are pretty average - high monthly costs for health insurance is one negative.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Great benefits but insurance cost is high.

  • Jan 17, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Altoona, Pennsylvania

Vacation time was paid, holidays as well. But you still worked on those days because you could not avoid the emergencies and clients did not use the on-call service. Health benefits were expensive.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Foster Care Case Manager in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

The benefits are okay. I appreciate that I have benefits, but the dental benefits could be better. I would like to see better dental coverage.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Foster Care Case Manager in Kent, Ohio

The best benefit was the 401, the other benefits are unreasonably priced.

  • Jun 21, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Foster Child Secretary in Greenville, South Carolina

The worst part of the benefits is that one would have your use vacation or sick time for maternity leave.

  • Nov 03, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Billing/Foster Parent Secretary in Tulsa, Oklahoma

The health insurance is horrible. In order to have a paycheck left you have to choose a very high deductible and have co-pays. You really don't want to have to go to the Dr. because you end up paying for the whole visit. The only thing its good for is your medication.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Greenville, South Carolina

Insurance is expensive and not great coverage.

  • May 13, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in El Paso, Texas

The benefits, 401 k, and any perks this company offers are not worth it or not existent . I paid into their 401 K for 2 years and lost all my money. If you take vacation, you are responsible for doing double your work to earn it so going on vacation was not worth it.
