-401K, medical, dental, basic life, fully remote work, unlimited vacation days, standard maternity leave, options like legal aid and pet insurance, free supplements and streaming -health insurance providers often change, annual bonus is unlikely, expensive health plans once you get into fancy PPO and HSA plans, childcare assistance is no more, you can feel guilty for taking time off since teams are currently lean, stock options not very enticing

The healthcare is incredible! They also offer healthcare covered by the company along with higher coverage options.

The benefits package is good
Unfortunately the benefits package didn't prevent layoffs.
