“4 months of paid leave for mothers”
“Lots of options, have to stay in the NYC area for best pricing. Would be nice if this was fully covered.”
“50% match up to 6% of your salary. Would be nice if the firm offered allocation to the Blackstone funds at levels below VP.”
Everyone gets the same benefits whether they are front office or back office which is great! They take care of everyone. Healthcare is on the expensive side which is kinda surprising.
Good medical benefits but premiums have been rising (general market, not specific to Blackstone). 401K match is 50%. Maternity leave was increased last year.
Free lunch, 401(k) matching, mental health therapy, training, webinars on self-help and development, maternity/paternity leave
Health care premiums are on a sliding scale based on compensation. No 401K matches for senior folks. No education assistance. Paternity leave is 2 weeks. Maternity leave is 5 months.
Blackstone does a great job offering a diverse 401k with excellent matching. Free meals are also a nice perk that adds up.
Great Benefits for the employees
Not the best health insurance, but since 2020 they started offering a great legal insurance at a very low cost called ARAG and it helped me out a lot. They also pay for your lunch if you commute into the office. Year end bonuses for MO and BO are bad.
5 months primary care giver leave. Would like to see this apply to "parental leave" like many other leading asset managers. Would help set a level playing field for Men and Women who share equal parenting responsibilities nowadays.
401k, Vacation (great), sick days (great)
its good. no complaints. i was happy and content.
