Overall benefits package (401k, Vacation, Paid Time Off) is great!
Comprehensive package but health insurance is incredibly expensive. The other reviews that mention this are correct, you will easily spend 4x more on insurance here than at most other asset managers. 401k match and lunch stipend only for junior staff.
Currently doesn't offer any employer 401k match. Huge outlier for the industry. Literally every other major finance employer has a match to help save for retirement. Also the health insurance is massively overpriced. The monthly premiums are multiple-times higher than at my previous job for similar coverage. They are passing through much of the costs to employees.
The benefit package is expensive but amazing if you can afford it. There is supplemental life, vision, medical 401
Does NOT offer a 401k match nor similar incentive to save for retirement for any of their investment professionals. Its a shame given the management team is so outspoken on the "retirement crisis." They are one of the few large public companies that dont offer a 401k match, while Tony and Steve are on TV daily lobbying about the lack of retirement savings across the US.
Very competitive compensation package with robust health benefits
Not paid enough, given the hours worked.
Fully covered all around great
Everything was taken care of. The benefits are outstanding but then again this is one of the best companies on Wall St. to work for.
Excellent medical, dental, vision, PTO, life, & 401k Excellent company culture & brilliant coworkers Promotions are difficult Too many bosses
