    Pet insurance was amazing! I didn't really use the benefits from the company, the store discount was really nice though. it was a 40% off of the original price.

    Raises are only considered annually and based on your yearly performance. If they (HR) feels what you do isn't visibly important enough, they will refuse to give you the raise you deserve.

    You end up spending more than you make. Base is only $5-$6 and you make a small percent commission. The discount was nice. It was 40% off of everything (except sale items) and every so often they did teammate (employee) deals like 60% off of a pair of miss me jeans or 70% off of up to two affliction tops. A couple things I didn't like about working there were managers wanted their employees to be extremely pushy (which ends up making customers want to leave) and managers would jump in and take sales
