CBORD offers comprehensive medical insurance for all full time employees. Employees are eligible to enroll on their first day of employment. New in 2018 is Teledoc-a 24-hour 7-days a week access to physicans through phone, video or mobile app. The plan also includes prescription coverage.
Expensive. Audit frequently and will make you bend over backwards to prove your wife, husband, or children need insurance and are unable to obtain elsewhere.
Great coverage at acceptable rates. It's not expensive, but with the lower than average pay you notice the coverage cost coming out of your pay checks.
Coverage is mediocre; policy is static; price is relatively high for the coverage. One-size-fits-all.
Employee contribution is finally a bit more reasonable, after many years of 50% or more.
Over priced and under insured. Copays are VERY HIGH.
The health insurance plan is comprehensive but expensive due to size of company. Company does spend a lot of time and effort trying to contain healthcare costs, so it is not for lack of effort.
