Overall, benefits are pretty decent. Generous PTO. Insurance co-pays are a little high.

Great Health benefits and company match 401K. Company encourages work from home for account managers. Frequent travel that is fully reimbursed.

Where else can you get five weeks of vacation...get bonuses for non commission position. Stock purchase opportunity, 401k and health savings account. Lots better than before. Management heard our concerns and listened.

best thing- they have benefits. worst thing- they are expensive (no tiers) AND they audit you every year. if you have a spouse or children (luckily I do not) prepare to be HOUNDED for proof that they cannot get benefits anywhere else, they will kick you off.

    Average benefit package, nothing special.

The benefits package is pretty solid. All the expected coverage and at an acceptable price.

Comp is competitive, but not higher.

    The CBORD Group Response

As part its overall compensation package, CBORD offers a generous 401k plan and a competitive health insurance plan that includes dental and vision and a flexible spending account plan. Employees can so enroll in a Wellness Reimbursement program! The PTO package offers a progressive Paid Parental Leave Policy, (something most employers don't offer.) New employees are eligible for paid vacation and PTO upon their first day of hire and are also eligible for full benefits upon first day of hire.

Mediocre health insurance; dismal optical and dental. Fairly descent 401k plan, with up to 8% match. Excellent paid vacation after 10 years (25 days).

    The CBORD Group Response

CBORD's health, vision and dental plans are competitive and align with most industry employers. New full time employees do not have to wait to enroll in benefits-they are eligible from first day of employment. PTO is also very generous with a vacation plan and many paid Holidays.
