Overall, benefits are pretty decent. Generous PTO. Insurance co-pays are a little high.
Great Health benefits and company match 401K. Company encourages work from home for account managers. Frequent travel that is fully reimbursed.
CBORD has good benefits overall
Where else can you get five weeks of vacation...get bonuses for non commission position. Stock purchase opportunity, 401k and health savings account. Lots better than before. Management heard our concerns and listened.
Average, typical benefits for staff.
best thing- they have benefits. worst thing- they are expensive (no tiers) AND they audit you every year. if you have a spouse or children (luckily I do not) prepare to be HOUNDED for proof that they cannot get benefits anywhere else, they will kick you off.
Average benefit package, nothing special.
The benefits package is pretty solid. All the expected coverage and at an acceptable price.
Comp is competitive, but not higher.
Mediocre health insurance; dismal optical and dental. Fairly descent 401k plan, with up to 8% match. Excellent paid vacation after 10 years (25 days).
