I was not eligible for any health insurance or 401k benefits because i was not a full time employee
Apparently the benefit package is not the best and when it comes to the servers, most of us only garner enough hours to be considered part time employees and the benefits are unavailable to us. They do have certain perks on their website that are available to employees and they created the Darden dimes program which I've personally seen help 4 people in 2 years.

They offer you health insurance only after you have been with the company for a year, and have worked an average of so many hour a week. The retirement savings plan doesn't fully vest until 5-10 years out. And only vests a small amount after 2 years.
They offer a great 401k
the best is that we get so many perks by working here, we get discounts on a lot of products. downside is that we only get 25% off food.
Best thing is paid vacation. After 3 years u get three weeks . They pay for about 60% of insurance. The worst is the taxes that are taken out on bonuses. They put a lot of pressure on you to drive guests in the door
