The best thing about the benefits package is that The Capital Group currently pays 100% of employee's health insurance premium. That is very generous for a private company with less than 50 employees. The worst thing about the benefits package at The Capital Group is the amount of Paid Time Off (PTO) leave you get in your first year of employment.

Best thing is the 15% of your annual pay that they set aside for you in a retirement account. However, there is a vesting schedule. 6 years to be 100% vested.
