Benefits package commensurate with experience
Time off, health insurance was solid but very costly. Cost of insurance is based on your job level so you could be paying more than someone with a higher base salary. Management needs to review this structure.
Great benefits aside from paid time off - which really means you’re still working while on vacation
Benefits package is pretty comprehensive and company pays for portion of the insurance premiums, which is great.
Great medical coverage, leave and employer matching 401k
Carlyle offers competitive vacation, sick, personal and volunteer leave. I never feel like I am short on those resources. In my opinion, the least developed facet of the benefits package is that the company doesn't sufficiently prioritize or encourage physical health and wellness. Employees across the board put in long hours and it's important to feel like the company not only wants you to be there to work, but to be there to work happily because you are given the flexibility and approval to balance such things in life.
The pay is good and they put 500 into your HSA. Con=> The 401k match is poor and the insurance could be better.
Good benefits, 15 days vacation, 401k match is a little weak, sick days, employee discounts are over hyped that is all i have to say jeez 20 words is a lot to get through why is there a minimum of 20 words?
Overall pretty standard compared to other PE firms.
Great health insurance, maternity/paternity leave, and commuter travel policies.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
