Lots of free food, especially during busy season. Good health benefits and matching 401K. Generous vacation and sick time as well as flexible scheduling. They offer a VPN network which allows employees to work from home at times. Although, keep in mind, flexibility depends on the team and manager.
16 weeks of paid maternity leave is the best I have heard of in the country
401k is double that of public accounting. The free snack and drinks are great (sun chips, fiber-one bars, pistachios, nature valley bars, coca cola products including red powerade). You will not be offered DRUs (stock) until you reach level 4 i.e. senior account, analyst, administrator, etc...

The benefits were excellent and on-par or better than industry average. The same was true for time off. The reality was needing to create the time to take off since you are equally working long days as well.
Great and inexpensive health care Almost any benefit imaginable provided
Benefits are barely average for similar sized firms in the DC area. Pay and bonuses are good, stock offerings are sometimes included, however access to them is limited. PTO and sick time are less than most places and their system for reporting them is antiquated, if you are able to use your PTO. Maternity leave policy is behind the times and there are no child care options available. Very little work/life balance and close to zero workplace diversity, especially at management level and up. They do offer some training but only if they feel it fits the career path they see for you.
