the best thing about the training is that i get to learn more about my responsibilities of the job and also to get alot of hands on training which will benefit me more when it comes to my learning structure.

The training lasted for about a week or less depending on how well you grasped the trainer's instruction. Have people who are designated to train but I was not trained by one, I was trained by someone who was there for a while and knew what to do

They offer job training but it's not more than a quick tutorial through an extensive amount of information that you're expected to know back and forth

There is very little training. This is mostly because working in a restaurant does require an almost talent based skill set. Sink or swim is the name of the game.
