I was part time, so the benefits did not work with me. Other employees did use it
It’s too expensive for the bare minimum coverage. It is absolutely a waste of money.

It takes a while to become "full-time" and PTO is not accrued for 6 months after being FT status.
They offer the type of benefits that you should expect from a company of this size. They probably do not offer the same type of profit sharing opportunities that you would expect of a larger company such as this one.
