You don’t get paid maternity leave, you will need to pay every month for Temporary disability
The best thing about this company are the rest of the associates and the 30% employee discount. The worst part is the management skils.

Paid time off is amazing the longer you have worked there the more you get insurance is really good too and 401k is good these are the main reasons I stay

Commit to a level of compensation but then only pay based on posted job. Process for correction takes too long with no regard for back pay.
