The working environment is really good, if you do not have a faith in this church, I do not recommend for you to work here. They care, employees, a lot and try to make sure our living standard is okay.

The health benefits are great and the 401k is a great asset to my life. I am able to save and prepare for a better retirement.
Premiums are cheap. But you get what you pay for. Do not have serious health issues. They don't cover a lot. Autism coverage is bad, women's health coverage is bad. I'm saddened by DMBA's sneakiness.
DMBA could be a market leader if it was commercially available, it's that good! However, it only serves Church employees. About they only thing DMBA doesn't offer is equity.
