Our compensation and benefits philosophy is simple: We provide fair compensation and excellent benefits for employees as they engage in the Lord’s work. Benefit options are designed to help employees care for their families, retire with dignity, and then serve missions or pursue other meaningful endeavors.Compensation
We provide fair compensation for our employees as they engage in this great work. Compensation is designed to be comparable to that of similar jobs in the relevant market. Put your talents and professional skills to work for Church employment by searching and applying for available positions here.Benefits
The Church and its employees share in the cost of benefit packages that generally exceed those offered by other employers. Benefits may include:
Good benefit overall for the price paid.
Excellent health insurance coverage and 401k match.
This is the best overall benefits package I have ever seen or heard from anyone I have discussed it with, including other companies.
I've never had better retirement benefits.
I was actually surprised that I had health insurance as an intern. It was nice to have and wasn't really amazing but it was something.
Non applicable for part time employees. The benefits are limited, and not comparable to full time employees.
Previously provided a pension. Raised 401K matching when they dropped pension. Medical plan has several options. Pretty decent, but others are sometimes better depending on specific needs.
Great for full-time employees. I was a contractor with benefits through contracting company.
Love the church. Great benefits. Mostly fair pay. And a guaranteed good time ;) Change doesn't happen as fast as I think it should, but hey, it's a big organization.
Medical benefits are decent working for the corporation. However, just like everywhere else the premiums go up every year along with cost of prescriptions, doctor visits, etc. Every January, it's interesting to see how much of a pay cut you took. Just like anywhere else, you are offered other benefits such as a 401K, sick leave, and annual leave.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
