Benefits are great! The employee portion for healthcare gets pretty steep though when you get into "Family" coverage. Retirement Employer portion is almost unbelievable. 10% is contributed by the company after 1 year. $2 lunches in the building's Cafe.
There was a range of health insurance. which was good. The dental coverage was worthless for most employees
The dental plan (MetLife) sucks. It's super cheap, but there are few dentists who accept it. The ones who do aren't the best.
Lots of options to choose from and great extended benefits for family members.
