Tell us about things that company parks health insurance and 401(k)

No health benifits for full timers.

They have aflac insurance they quickly tell you about but you have to bother them to sign up.

There are minimal benefits here.

No health insurance, they offered Aflac. Didn't really help me personally. Easy to call off work. Not really a bad job. I think they offered benifits to people who had worked there for many many years.

They claim they offer benefits, yet you will be pursuaded by management to 'wait a month before applying'??? Is this legal?

The best part is, they offer it. But my boss doesn't offer the 401k to his employees. Or at least that's what he told me.
