401K match is good, not great. Health insurance is fine, no complaints. Annual bonus normally comes in around the target they give you. At least partial work from home is possible in most positions. Vacation just starting out is stingy (2 weeks), but partially compensated for by 1/2 day Fridays in Summer and 5 personal days. Generous meal & hotel policy while travelling for business. Love the on-campus cafeteria, really good and healthy selection of food.
Half day summer Fridays, good LTI at higher grade levels, matching on retirement is strong. Healthcare coverage is expensive and increasing but good quality.
Similar to any other big co --
The best thing about the benefit package is the work/life balance. The worst thing about the benefits is that we are having to pay so much out of pocket that my annual salary is about $5,000 less per year accounting for the out of pocket max that I have hit for the last three years since they switched health care plans to account for the Cadillac excise plan tax that never came to fruition. Just a couple of examples, my daughter and I just had the flu. For tamiflu medication and 1 inhaler and 3 visits, total cost was $860. I wish that Clorox would take the tax break they just received and put it back into the employees in the form of revamping the health care.
Great 401k option, nice matching, excellent culture, a real focus on teamwork and development, but some of the health insurance costs are high
Very flexible work-from-home policy and great work-life balance.
Pretty solid and competitive package. Some good options were not available, and the cost for on of the locally popular HMO options was relatively expensive.
In most US regions, the benefits are great. While the premiums initially seem slightly higher than other companies', you then realize that there are combined deductibles. For example, instead of having $2,000 medical deductible and $1,500 pharmacy deductible, we have a combined deductible of only $1,500. The premiums are lower than any of my past employers, but some coworkers suggest the premiums are slightly higher. The 401k is great once the company match begins after one year of service. The work-life balance is great.
Best: 401k match and contribution, wellness program and work remotely Worst: High premiums and complicated plans
Really good employee HealthWorks program including quarterly employee challenges such as walking, drinking water, powering down electronics. In addition annual health fairs are conducted on location at various company sites.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
