Best things: Current 401K match is great (4% biweekly, 6% one time contribution), bonuses available to most employees. Clorox is extremely transparent when it comes to benefits. So-so: Location-based salary bands. Understand that Bay Area is more expensive than other locations, but still disheartening to see people at same or lesser grade level have higher salary options. Worst things: No official maternity/paternity leave.
Good benefits and work life balance
The best benefit is half-days on Friday in the summer and the 6% match to 401K plan. The worst thing about the benefits is that only certain grade levels are eligible for stock options and employee stock purchase. Benefits and salary are subjective and there is a lack of transparency on who receives what and why.
they pay terribly. some fantastic people, some awful in upper management.
The company has no benefits
Quarterly and yearly bonuses but they do not add up to much at all. 401k plan is decent
Clorox has gotten cheap in terms of how much healthcare costs employees have to pay.
Pros - 401K company match (4% bi-weekly pay check match, and 6% annual match), half day Fridays in the Summer, work life balance Cons - Salary are not competitive enough for Bay Area wages and cost of living, only 2 weeks of vacation, "personal time" is pointless
very competitive to the industry standard
Half day summer Fridays, good LTI at higher grade levels, matching on retirement is strong. Healthcare coverage is expensive and increasing but good quality.
