Pros: Great year-round health program to earn a discount on insurance premiums and a fitness subsidy for equipment. Cons: Costs are increasing and benefits are decreasing; everyone was pushed to a structure where we pay full price for services to a certain amount, then copay amounts to a certain amount, and then everything is covered thereafter. It leaves me dreading every ache, pain, bump and bruise and self diagnosing online rather than paying $150 to visit the doctor.
