Training was one on one. There was a booklet that we went through and I was able to go through all of the recipes and make them individually. During my training, there were other people on shift, so I was never overwhelmend and they would always help me when needed.
Training is excessive and inapplicable.
Slow (~2 weeks), paid but no tips
You’re gonna make a mistake just ask questions, always! Everyone is nice and understanding with new employees as long as you are ok with being wrong sometimes and don’t hesitate to ask for help.
Job training is thorough and gives a true feel of working with the company. However, tips are not included, but this is somewhat understandable.
Not very thorough job training, as the focus is on you learning on the job. This makes working incredibly stressful as you are expected to know things you haven't learned and couldn't know unless someone taught you specifically.
The job training was in depth, they really want you to succeed and learn here.
Training is rushed. No follow up when completed.
Very thorough which is a huge plus
