For part time baristas, there are absolutely no health, dental or vision benefits. No vacation time earned. One free specialty drink per shift. Free coffee and tea, hot and iced. Nice employee discount on drinks and merchandise. No potential for full time barista status, but a decent company to get a start in if you want to move up in the company and have the patience to wait for the better benefits at the top of the work chain.
Any benefits package, i.e. healthcare, dental, ect ect is only offered toward supervisors and higher management.
There are NO benefits for part time or full time baristas. You would need to be in management to receive those rewards.
bad was everything at the office, but fun

Limited options for health insurance, decent dental, 401 k match, Plenty of time off(hard to use it)
The best thing about working here is the free coffee and the flexibility. I was able to requests days off and never got denied. I was able to switch shifts with other employees with the managers approval. I was able to leave early if you did everything that was requested of you. It was pretty lenient.
