You get a lot of perks when it comes to health/life insurance. Without enrolling, you get an automatic 20,000 in life insurance. You're not required to enroll, but if you do you get mad benefits!

Associates get free health insurance after 3 years of employment, but in the meantime, they receive a $500 "Benny" card to cover out of pocket expenses. On top of that, the company's premiums are very low thanks to a self-insured model. Vacation/PTO is generous and increases with tenure. Associates get a 401k match and have the opportunity to become a partner (an incredible long-term benefit). The Central Support Office has an incredible gym and locker room facility available to associates and there are dogs in the office!
