Part time benefits are great! PTO for part timers, which is rare among retailers. Dental, vision, even pet insurance. EXCEPT THE PART TIME HEALTH CARE - ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!! I opted out of their health insurance because it offers almost nothing in return. My pet has better health insurance than my part time offer. If you are a full time worker the health insurance is amazing, but part time is next to nothing! Be ready to pay a lot out of pocket with no coverage.
Offers an employee/child friendly package - not a employee/spouse/family friendly package. Can be a little pricy if you add your spouse.
when i first started it was amazing. they offered great pay, merit increase annually up to 8%, 401k match and 3weeks of PTO. but since going public they froze salaries for 2 year, stopped 401k match and cut additional benefits.
No benefits for part-time employees other than discount
Mediocre health coverage; no 401k matching (currently). Great employee discount (40% off most products, 50% off elfa).
FT benefits are great but very expensive health care. Employee discount of 40% off and 50% off elfa products. Part timers are also offered benefits.
The 401k match was nice with no vesting period. At least, the vesting period was that way in the year 2015.
Part time get health insurance. It is limited but at least it's an option.
Good 401k option. Ok benefits - $300 month for myself and significant other
Prime Time gets a lot of benefits but they are not all that great. Which is a little annoying since the Part time position is pretty much the only option. You get only like 48 hrs of PTO max and that takes a long while to build before you can even use it. BUT THE DISCOUNTS ARE AWESOME!
