The company provides good benefits for the retail sector, with the biggest benefit the discount on products, including a 50% discount on elfa.
Hope they reinstate matching 401K benefits
They offer PTO as opposed to vacation/sick days and that is a nice perk.
As an employee, you will receive a 40% discount on most products, 50% off elfa, giftcards, and custom closets. You will also be able to sign up for fulltime or partime health insurance. The worst part is that you won't receive paid time off until you've been with the company at least three years.
Typical benefits for a part time employee at a retail company. Merchandise discount was significantly higher than virtually all other companies.
Part time benefits are great! PTO for part timers, which is rare among retailers. Dental, vision, even pet insurance. EXCEPT THE PART TIME HEALTH CARE - ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!! I opted out of their health insurance because it offers almost nothing in return. My pet has better health insurance than my part time offer. If you are a full time worker the health insurance is amazing, but part time is next to nothing! Be ready to pay a lot out of pocket with no coverage.
Offers an employee/child friendly package - not a employee/spouse/family friendly package. Can be a little pricy if you add your spouse.
when i first started it was amazing. they offered great pay, merit increase annually up to 8%, 401k match and 3weeks of PTO. but since going public they froze salaries for 2 year, stopped 401k match and cut additional benefits.
No benefits for part-time employees other than discount
Mediocre health coverage; no 401k matching (currently). Great employee discount (40% off most products, 50% off elfa).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
