Health, dental, and vision offered - all tiers are fairly priced. And adding additional family doesn't rake you over the coals. Best 401K matching I have ever seen, highly recommended you take advantage of it while you're there, even if you're only like 18 years old.
You don't get insurance if you are not full time employee.
Very reasonable rates for families. There were also other additional benefits that were included, including life insurance. Discounts at the restaurants were nice as well.
Health/dental/vision are cheap but pretty laughable—though Health Plan of Nevada has to take some blame for that. 401(k) and matching are weak as well, but returns are consistently at or above the market. Discounts on and off property are broad, if not so deep, and the worldwide Marriott discount is outstanding.
401 match is up to 5%. The health benefits aren't the best. The pay scales are way skewed. People with tons of responsibility are often less paid than those with less. This is not necessarily applicable to me, but in other areas of hotel operations.
