company trip, benefits, eligible for benefits after 60 days, incentives
Wish the employer's contribution to benefits was greater
The medical benefits are incredibly expensive. There is no 401k match. You get the bare minimum for paid time off, and you cannot even roll it over if you don't take them all. No sick days. If you're sick, you have to use one of your pto days. No maternity leave policy.
Far too pricey for what you get, no 401K match
18 PTO days to start (includes sick time), benefits are expensive, no company perks.
when school is out you do not work
Not a lot of time off, but I got my gum surgery at 50% off.
No 401k match, expensive medical. PTO is ok but not great. flexibility to work from home is only for moms. No real perks. Some fun company outings but its hard to meet people on the other floor
A good amount of PTO; cost can be high, but that is the way of the world now
Just got a new disability insurance that's very helpful for the potential of short term or long term disability. We also get a good amount of PTO days off as well.
