“excellent vacation and PTO benefits”
“Price is ok. But good coverage”
Paid leave, paid sick leave, 401K
they gave you vacation but made you feel bad when using it. i had to check emails and respond to inquiries while on PTO
Terrible health insurance coverage. PTO allotment was ok but frowned for taking it.
They are shady! Not paying for holidays and pocketing the money, not releasing information on benefits for vacation and sick pay. Not responding to inquires either. Get your lawyer for a class action lawsuit. Nothing transparent about this company!
Insurance is ok. A bit expensive.
Wish the employer's contribution to benefits was greater
The medical benefits are incredibly expensive. There is no 401k match. You get the bare minimum for paid time off, and you cannot even roll it over if you don't take them all. No sick days. If you're sick, you have to use one of your pto days. No maternity leave policy.
The Execu|Search Group response
Our employees receive 18 days off (not including 10 holidays off) in their first year which encompasses sick, personal and vacation time. PTO is increased by an employee’s years of service where they can earn up to 30 days off. Maternity leave policies as well as other work/life and company policies are always being evaluated to better assist our parents going out on leave. I appreciate the feedback as this helps us to make our firm even better. Edward Fleischman, CEO The Execu|Search Group
Far too pricey for what you get, no 401K match
18 PTO days to start (includes sick time), benefits are expensive, no company perks.
when school is out you do not work
