Benefits take 60 days to start. Overall its a pretty good package. There are a few health plan levels to choose from which is nice.
Only select part-time staff receive benefits, very flexible schedules
Excellent 401K benefits package with employer matching. Very good medical benefits.
The benefits package at TFI is very good for a non-profit. Very decent number of sick, personal, and vacation days. They will match 401k contributions up to 4% of your salary. Maternity leave is the standard 6 weeks, and they make you use all of your vacation/sick days before you can get short term disability leave.
Great health insurance, awesome 401k options. Decent paid time-off and holidays off.
i was an intern so i have no idea what the benefits package is like at the franklin institute. i was never exposed to it or given any details of it.
Discount at food court, and reimbursement for transportation on SEPTA or Parking Pass. Other than that no benefits for unpaid internship.
