- A discount on groceries is a great thing! -There were 3 medical plans available to choose from and there prescription drug benefit plan worked well. -The Paid Time Off Accrual was low during the first year of employment...
Very strong 401k program, great program on earning vacation based on tenure, health benefits have diminished greatly over the years.
Great benefit for full time worker. Gold star(birthday “) paid 8 hours
The worst thing is that you have to PAY into your PTO. It's called PAL time, and you literally have to pay into it in order to use it. For instance, if I make $20 per hour and I withhold $40 per biweekly paycheck and put it into my PAL time, I am essentially buying myself 2 paid hours per paycheck. After 4 paychecks, I will make enough for 1 shift. They do not GIVE you ANY EARNED PAL time, you have to buy into every single hour of it. Probably the dumbest thing I've ever heard of a company doing, and I've worked retail for over 10 years.
Best thing is the people and worst thing is some disorganization in the deli
You only get benefits if your full-time and they don't inform me about any of the benefits that you do get. The only do schedules one week in advance so if you have doctor's appointment for the week that you don't know your schedule then you're kind of screwed because they don't want you to get off
There isn't one. Unless you are full time and even then they are constantly cutting and removing benefits. Don't do it.
Package is good. one of the only good things there.
Decent employee discount. Health care is so-so. Doesn't cover much, but does in a pinch, though it's really a bit overpriced from an employer. Certainly don't work here expecting a fantastic benefits package and only expect an okay salary.
Vacation, medical and dental offered. Price fluctuates. No bonus for manager and last years annual raise was dollars or less for managers
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
