Only pal time no sick of personal days no holiday pay either
One week of vacation received only after working a year, then two weeks at 3 yrs, 3 weeks at 5 years, and 4 weeks at 10 yrs. Vacation increases the next year after hitting the mark.
The paid time off is great, you also have the option of purchasing extra days.
Need to have sick days
I've been working here almost a year and I only have accrued 16 hours of vacation as of yet. I'm not sure whether or not it's going to go up to a full week after the first full year as a full time employee of not.
You are awarded time based on the amount of time you have been with the company. Five days upon your first full year and then it increases to 10 years in a few years. This is the only time granted and it must be used for vacation and sick time.
No time off, lost a weeks vacation last year
Basic vacation, no vacations allowed after October. Only Corporate Office get all holidays off.
They could do better on this. They recently rolled out a plan for you to "buy" more PAL time which costs you money. And you can only do it once a year during open enrollment. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.
It would be nice if 2 weeks vacation after first year would be offered maybe turnover wouldn't be so bad.
