The insurance offered covers so much more than my current insurance, for a lower price. There are discounts if you pass annual "wellness checkups", discounts for non-tobacco users. Each discount can reduce your cost by $900/year. Dental and Vision included. Life insurance, generous vacation pay that has NO ACCRUAL. Every year you start with a full bucket of your annual vacation days sitting there. 4% 401K match. On site gym, cafeteria and walking trails. They even offer tuition reimbursement, pending manager approval, and adoption assistance. Overall I'm very impressed by the complete benefits package.
The Insurance is horrible... Never covers any of the meds.... You must use express scrips & you can't even go to Walgreens...
