Was an excellent package until hours were cut and benefits lost! Was not given time off when my father died, told I wasn't qualified!?
There was no benefits package. They only paid you your hourly rate and that was it.They should look into getting a benefits package for part time employees since they work full time hours.
For full time employees the benefits are good. I wasnt full time but i still got a 401k
I was only a part time worker, so I did not receive many benefits. As far as I know though, GIANT provides nice benefits to full time workers.
vacation was very hard to secure and looked down upon taking. Benefits package was very basic and did not offer much assistance for chronic illnesses.
