“I don't remember their policies well enough to elaborate I just know at that time they offered vacation and sick time.”
“They only match dollar for dollar the first 3 percent then 50 cents per dollar upto 6 percent ”
“Training is in a sorry state there is very little training”
Great benefits package. Good selections and options and many things are free.
You get a five percent discount on all purchases and throughout different fundraisers you can win gift cards.
The company keeps hacking away at the benefits that are offered.
the best thing is they offer part time associates health insurance. the worst thing is if you do not average 30 hours a week you lose your insurance.
Health care benefits are reasonable
The time off is great, paid vacations, they offer a great 401k plan. Health is inssurance is reasonable as well and cheap.
No bonuses except a Wawa gift card worth $10
Stopped giving part timers health benefits 401k match Paid holidays
Benefit coverage is better than most but each yr the coverage increases in out of pocket $$$ without enough raise to cover the increase.
They do offer good benefits but you must work there for awhile to receive them. Part time you must complete 2 years before you get benefits or holiday pay. So you will work every holiday for 2 years and not receive anything extra
