tution reimbursement. Employee pays only 1/3. MFA pays 1/3 and the Univ pays the other 1/3. Thats's if you can get admitted.
Health insurance benefits are expensive but dental is good. Retirement plans are inadequate.
It is very expensive for single as well as families
Medical coverage costs are too high
There is nothing good about the benefits if you have a family.
The change in health insurance sucks. As a current employee we should have options other than the 1 that is offered. No perks if you are seen at the MFA. No vision benefits. Deductible and out of pocket is very high. Also PTO hours are limit. After 3 years you are at your max which is 6.75 per pay. No full day.
Healthcare expensive and limited...really pushes the employee to use in-house providers.
Paid holidays that's about it
Standard benefits just like every other company
There weren't many company perks and the benefits were pretty standard. I used my parent's insurance mostly but when needed, GW MFA's insurance was useful.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
