The work life balance is good management is good the work environment is good
Decent coverage, expensive if more than just employee
The package could offer better choices of plans , the benefits package changes every year , I understand its to keep cost low as possible. But by doing so you get what you pay for
It was expensive for the family plans. There were no stock options. There were not too many options to choose from.
company benefits were very good . very generous life insurance. paid time off was good too.
The General offers a huge variety of employee benefits ranging from medical, dental, vision, 401k with matching, tuition assistance, company-paid life & accidental death, short and long term disability, group legal, scholarship programs, leadership programs, paid maternity and paternity leave, paid parental leave, bonuses, paid community service hours, charitable sponsorship and more! Love this place!
Great Benefits Package most likely once of the best
The health insurance and dental are comparable to other companies I have worked for. The 401K match is low but at least there is one as there is no pension plan. PTO days could be better.
Good if your single , variety of benefit packages , if a family very expensive
The benefits are very competitive and offer paternity leave. If you do not smoke, you get discounted rates. FSA and HSA are also options.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
