small business not able to provide all benefits that bigger companies can
The Goddard School works well with life experiences.
Limited benefits. Paid time off but only for full-time employees.
There was no benefits for the position I was in. As for the other employees they would talk about how there was not enough benefits. The best benefit for full time workers was holiday pay.
The best part of benefits is how much Paid Time Off accrues. The rate is significantly higher than most private daycares and it only increases with the amount of time you work at the school.
trying to do my part, but really unclear about benefits package. the management at best has been wishy washy when i have asked about specifics & what i have learned has mostly been from other employees.
5 hours vacation earned every two weeks. Health package were satisfactory
The Goddard School Ponte Vedra Beach offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision and supplemental coverage/policies through Colonial Life. They offered a discount on childcare for being an employee but was still very expensive for me. Offered to pay for half of the training and the other half had to come out of my paychecks. Offered all basic benefits like 401k, health, etc.
Health insurance stipend of 100 dollars a month, no other health benefits offered claiming "we're too new of a school", very LOW PTO
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
