Paid time off, health insurance
You don't get benefits. You get 5 days vacation and it is discouraged to take them
At Goddard Frisco, TX, they do pay on par or slightly better than the competitors, but the management has no basic people management skills
They offer absolutely no benefits. No employee childcare tuition assistance, no healthcare, no 401k. After 1 yr you earn PTO that’s so unrealistic (basically 2 days).
Getting time off here can be tricky, they only allow 2-3 staff off per day so during peak times of the year getting the time off request approved can be hard. They do not offer benefits, or 401k.
No benefits. They have relationship with Aflac and you are able to enroll and have payments deducted directly from your paycheck but otherwise little to no benefits. 2 weeks vacation after 6 months that most people use on sick days as it is an hourly position instead of salary.
The benefits package was ok. I loved that we got a lot of PTO days and payed training.
There is a 401k which is great. This will be implemented in January 2018. There is NOT Life insurance, health insurance, AD&D insurance, or short/long term disability.
Pays up to 50% health insurance and provides the employee with 3 sick days and 5 vacation days per year.
The best thing is that benefits are offered; most in this industry don't offer any.
