Winter Vacation days were earned based on a ridiculous point system. ABSURD if you work full time fulfill all your job requirements you should get the break fully paid.

Low deductible health plan with extremely low paycheck deduction for both individual and family plans. Company pays for half of your deductible through HSA and allows you to fund HSA through pre-tax paycheck deductions. 401k match of 75% up to 6% of salary. Generous PTO, leave early every Friday and before holidays, and regular company gatherings with open bar.

health insurance is a waste cost almost as much as cobra, and your pto days have to be saved for the two weeks they are closed for Christmas and new years.
