Health insurance is great, but pay is low.
Paid time off, health insurance
The benefits package was ok. I loved that we got a lot of PTO days and payed training.
No benefits. They have relationship with Aflac and you are able to enroll and have payments deducted directly from your paycheck but otherwise little to no benefits. 2 weeks vacation after 6 months that most people use on sick days as it is an hourly position instead of salary.
There is a 401k which is great. This will be implemented in January 2018. There is NOT Life insurance, health insurance, AD&D insurance, or short/long term disability.
Pays up to 50% health insurance and provides the employee with 3 sick days and 5 vacation days per year.
The best thing is that benefits are offered; most in this industry don't offer any.
Package is pretty standard for this area. Tuition reimbursement is pretty common in the industry around here. Life insurance is 100% free, paid for by the company. Aflac is offered at a discount. Health includes vision and dental. I think it's a 60/40 split, though, so that can be expensive. All maternity etc leave is offered through FMLA (the state) because this is a franchise and therefore it's a small business.
The handbook makes it sound like you'll get benefits as an assistant teacher but you don't
Goddard offers very little assistance with the plans, you would have to pay far more than you can afford on the rate of pay that Goddard gives you.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
