Plan on my retirement and savings in case of emergency
We have a great benefits package that include s a 401K for full-time employees. However, deductibles are very high as well as copays for each plan.
Company could encourages franchises to give their employees benefits.

At Goddard Frisco, TX, they do pay on par or slightly better than the competitors, but the management has no basic people management skills
They offer absolutely no benefits. No employee childcare tuition assistance, no healthcare, no 401k. After 1 yr you earn PTO that’s so unrealistic (basically 2 days).
