Low deductible health plan with extremely low paycheck deduction for both individual and family plans. Company pays for half of your deductible through HSA and allows you to fund HSA through pre-tax paycheck deductions. 401k match of 75% up to 6% of salary. Generous PTO, leave early every Friday and before holidays, and regular company gatherings with open bar.

health insurance is offered and so is dental but its pricey and comes out of your check twice a month. paid holidays are great but you have to have 120 working- not weekends included days

health insurance is a waste cost almost as much as cobra, and your pto days have to be saved for the two weeks they are closed for Christmas and new years.

Benefits were giving, but after your probation period it was rare that you received an evaluation that granted you access to these benefits.

There are barely any benefits at all, only PTO, workers comp, and disability. Health and dental were not offered due to too many getting benefits from their spouses.

There was all insurance offered, although (& this may be typical) you had to wait until you were employed for 90 days to be able to receive any of these benefits. They had dental, health, and vision and they covered half of the fee--so everything was relatively cheap. The 401k was only offered after at least a year of employment.
