Health, Dental and Vision paid 50% by the school. Working on a 401K plan but not there yet. Is pretty pricey but good coverage with Aetna.

Worst is that their online add is very misleading. They said they had great health benefits, when in fact they have none whatsoever, and a very poor dental and eye plan. They also brag about their 401K like not many other jobs offer that, but many actually do.

Winter Vacation days were earned based on a ridiculous point system. ABSURD if you work full time fulfill all your job requirements you should get the break fully paid.

Health Insurance offered at an expensive rate to employees, very high copays. Two weeks paid vacation and or sick leave per year. Benefits begin after 90 days of employment.

health insurance is a waste cost almost as much as cobra, and your pto days have to be saved for the two weeks they are closed for Christmas and new years.
