Health Insurance, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401K after two years
Benefits were giving, but after your probation period it was rare that you received an evaluation that granted you access to these benefits.
There are barely any benefits at all, only PTO, workers comp, and disability. Health and dental were not offered due to too many getting benefits from their spouses.
There was all insurance offered, although (& this may be typical) you had to wait until you were employed for 90 days to be able to receive any of these benefits. They had dental, health, and vision and they covered half of the fee--so everything was relatively cheap. The 401k was only offered after at least a year of employment.
Benefits available after probationary period, pretty generic medical and dental, Not bad but nothing great either
I like the family environment and the respect teachers are given.
Small business means no health insurance. Childcare benefit is superb!
You basically pay the whole thing yourself depending on the owners. Goddard is a franchise so they are individually owned and operated. The owners I had paid us as little as possible (people working in NYC McDonald's made more then I did as a teacher with multiple BA's). The benefits were basically 100% taken out of my hard earned [low] pay.
No benefits offered and what paid time off we had was wiped away
