You have to earn it before you can use it; no unpaid time off; and you have to save vacation time for holidays.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Preschool Teacher in Carlsbad, California

You earn it pretty normally (about 1 hour earned for each week worked basically), and you get holidays off. There's also a week off for Christmas, so that's great. They're also really flexible about when you can take your vacation, as long as you give them enough notice.

Don't explain it well, or how to use it or if and when it is available to you. It was like pulling teethe to get this info. if you don't ask for it, they probably won't give it.
